ABOUT LUC PETIT
Luc PETIT is a designer, artistic director and creator of shows, major events, and exhibition and museum spaces. His training as a film-maker initially led to his involvement in audiovisual productions in collaboration with Jean-Michel JARRE, Jean ROCHEFORT and Gérard DEPARDIEU, among others. Franco DRAGONE has called upon his talent for many years. Luc Petit was responsible for staging DISNEY CINEMA PARADE in Paris, the opening ceremony of EUROFOOT in Brussels, the inauguration of the ALTIRA HOTEL in Macau as well as a sumptuous Indian wedding in Venice with the participation of SHAKIRA and the GOTAN PROJECT as guest stars. He has worked on projects for NESPRESSO, BNP PARIBAS FORTIS, TOYOTA, SIEMENS, ERNST & YOUNG, BELGACOM, MOBISTAR, ORANGE, THALYS, BESIX and AMWAY China. In collaboration with FILMMASTER EVENTS, he conceived a corporate show in the Ukraine set on a floating stage in the middle of a lake. He also organised an incredible water show with acrobatic divers for TELENET. Luc Petit also brought the fabulous film sets Cinecittà back to life. The singers Emeli SANDE and Alicia KEYS took part in the event. His imagination has given rise to urban operas such as DECROCHER LA LUNE, and parades, including one dedicated to Jean-Paul GAULTIER in Montreal, in collaboration with Danielle Roy. Together, they were responsible for the artistic co-direction of the outdoor part and the street arts FESTIVAL JUSTE POUR RIRE. In 2012, Luc Petit and his team conceptualised a musical comedy inspired by the story of PETER PAN, the biggest video mapping show for arenas - combining dance, song, acrobatics, light and video effects – is continuing its success with a world tour.
