As a Facility Administrator, I provide direction, inspiration, and counseling to teammates and monitor workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures of the facility with the result of meeting or exceeding the established financial and other objectives set in cooperation with leadership. • Oversee operational performance of all assigned department including efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery of services and patient cares. • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community. • Proactively identify trends in financial results through analyses of financial results, variance to budget, tracking to forecast, etc. on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Identify budget deficiencies and implement positive changes to increase bottom line revenues while cutting out unnecessary expenditures. • Monitor workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures of the facility with the result of meeting or exceeding the established financial and other objectives set in cooperation with leadership. • Partner with clinical leadership team to drive improvement in key performance metrics across the region, including preparing detailed analyses and making recommendations to manage ongoing performance, identifying, validating, and launching innovative methods to enhance operational efficiency.
