I\'m responsible for the Business Development and Relationship Management of the Company various Business Units(Investment Banking, Trustees, Asset Management and Securities Trading) products and services across the South West Region of Nigeria and beyond.• Led the team to set up the regional office in 2020 to improve the regional coverage of the company in the western states of the country as well as maximize sales. • Led the region to breakeven within the first three months of operations.• Achieved a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of over 100% in the first year of operations (January to December 2020) despite the COVID-19 pandemic challenge as well as 2021 and 2022. • Led the Region to close with an Asset Under Management (AUM) of over Fifty-five million USD($55m) in the first year of operations. • Consistently met and exceeded the sales Revenue and PBT budget for the region from 2020 to 2023 financial year and achieved a back-to-back year on year growth of over 50% annually in a challenging environment. • Ensure high employee engagement through talent and people management, development, and career planning.• Building customer’s comprehensive plans by leveraging on our suits of products and services and using an integrated approach to help them achieve their goals

ABOUT LUCKY OKOKPUJIE
Lucky has over 20 years working experience in the Financial Services industry spanning Banking and Capital Market with core expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Operations, Corporate Services and Project Management. Lucky obtained his MBA and first degree in Business Administration from University of Benin in 1996 and 1992 respectively where he won the best graduating MBA Student award. Prior to his current role, he was the pioneer Head, Digital Business at United Capital Plc, Group Head-Operations and Head of Corporate Services at United Capital Plc, Chief Operating Officer at UBA Capital Holding Company Limited, Branch Operations Manager, UBA Ikeja Branch/Ag. Area Operations Manager for Ikeja Area at UBA PLC, and Regional Customers Service Manager (RCSM) at Diamond Bank Limited (now Access Bank Plc). He started his Banking career at Diamond Bank Limited (now Access Bank Plc) in 1996 in the Branch Operations Department where he rose through the ranks to the position of Regional Customers Service Manager (RCSM) before joining UBA Plc as Branch Operations Manager, Ikeja Branch/Ag. Area Operations Manager for Ikeja Area. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), United Kingdom.
