News and Public Affairs Director for Ad Astra Per Astra Broadcasting since previously having worked for radio stations in Pratt, Liberal and Dodge City, KS and for a regional group. Ad Astra operates 11 radio stations in central and southeast Kansas, with facilities in Hutchinson, Iola, Larned, Lyons, and McPherson (later location part of the Salina-Manhattan market). Most news programming originates from a central hub at the McPherson facility. I also do some play-by-play sports for the group, including coverage of high school football (6, 8 and 11 man) along with baseball, basketball and softball as well as coverage of other sports events.
