Lucius Gregory Meredith took his undergraduate studies at Oberlin College and pursued studies toward a PhD at Imperial College, London. Rather than writing a dissertation, he chose to turn his PhD research into Microsoft’s flagship product, BizTalk Process Orchestration. Shortly after leaving Microsoft he did a stint as a visiting scientist at the Fontana Lab at Harvard Systems Biology as well as a short visit to Trento’s Systems Biology institute, which he was instrumental in helping to establish.Along the way he discovered the rho calculus and namespace logic, as well as the OSLF algorithm. He is co-author of W3C standards and holds many patents. He founded RChain Cooperative, which has spawned several decentralized projects. He recently published Silence and Surrender with Pomera Press.Greg is also a founding member of The Crown. featuring such world class musicians as Beth Quist, Amy Denio, and Nora Germain. The Crown is in the process of releasing their 3rd studio album. Greg has been a member of The Seattle Circle for 25 years and has played with the Orchestra of Crafty Guitarists around the world, including tours of the US east and west coasts. He recently formed the TG3, a trio of touch guitarists who play everything from Charlie Parker to Twin Peaks.Greg is an avid practitioner of Tai Chi and a beekeeper. He is also human companion to the very famous Fiber the Australian Shepherd.
