About Lucinda Musa
I’m an early-stage B2B product leader with a track record of leveling up products and the people who build them. My background spans engineering, design, and product across multiple industries. As a player/coach, I love building and doing the work, but I have my greatest impact when I’m mentoring, guiding teams, and working side-by-side with leadership to turn vision into reality.Currently a product leader at Residex, an Accel-KKR company, following the acquisition of Kevala.ai. At Kevala, I worked directly with the CEO and executive team as the head of product, building an AI teammate and intelligent labor management software for healthcare organizations.Whether it’s entering a new market, building a roadmap when resources are thin, prototyping on the fly, or having a difficult conversation with a C-level exec, I bring empathy, rigor, and a bias toward action. I thrive in environments where we solve complex problems quickly, work with smart and curious people, and use AI to create new ways of working—not just as an assistant, but as a driver of change. I’m not interested in doing things “the old way,” following rigid processes, or waiting for permission to talk to customers. I\'m here to work and have fun!
