   Great Shape! Inc. facilitates humanitarian projects in the Caribbean. Since 1988, volunteers have empowered the children and families of Jamaica and the Caribbean by providing access to education and health care. As the communications director, Lucinda and her team work year round to train volunteers, promote, recruit, plan, and fundraise for the humanitarian projects each year. Lucinda\'s team has created a very effective communication technique and process to train the volunteers when they arrive on project. Within 48 hours, Lucinda coaches a group of strangers of all different ages and backgrounds, to collaborate as an extremely impactful, healthy, and positive team. She also coaches the volunteers through re-entry; that sometimes emotional transition from serving as a humanitarian to returning to \"daily life\".You can join them!
