ABOUT LUCINA MIRANDA
I am a clinical psychologist who specializes working with teens, young adults (ages 15 - 25 years old) and their families. Over the past 10 years, I have worked this population at various points in their mental health which as has helped me better understand and develop strategies for challenges that are faced.I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Hospital and Research Center in Oakland and my post-doctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente, Antioch, Child and Family Psychiatry. I have worked in other settings as well, including managed health care, community mental health, school based therapy at Bay Area high schools, residential treatment facilities, as well as the juvenile justice system.
