ABOUT LUCILLE PACCIONE

Mysteries, puzzles, and mathematics have always intrigued me, so gathering clues, analyzing relationships, and determining next steps to attaining a goal are inherent abilities I enjoy using. I used these qualities in various educational experiences, from a bachelor’s degree in accounting to two master’s degrees, in psychology and IT management with data analytics, as well as career roles. These seemingly disparate degrees bring together the abilities needed in the current business climate: obtaining, storing, and analyzing data to clarify and enhance the decision-making process. Combining database management and analysis with an understanding of human thought and behavior allows me to find a dynamic approach to applying the outcomes of analyses for business needs and future objectives. With experience making presentations to diverse audiences types, including university faculty, business management, and school administrators, I can adapt communications as necessary. My writing abilities span various formats of reporting, from technical to proposal style. Awarded the Distinguished Scholar Award from Southern New Hampshire University for having the highest GPA within the IT Management program.The transition to data analytics is a natural one for me, given my disposition for problem solving and capacity for working with and helping others.
