ABOUT LUCILLE TILLET

I am an engineer specialized in environmental and nuclear chemistry. My career began in the regular waste processing field as a process engineer. After 2 years, I shifted my focus to nuclear chemistry, which was my primary field of study. I worked for 5 years as a process engineer in uranium cycle plants at an AREVA NC subsidiary, where I honed my expertise in nuclear chemistry and its applications.I then spent 2 years as a system fluid engineer on nuclear power plants, specifically the Flamanville 3 EPR project. This experience broadened my understanding of reactor systems and led me to join the commissioning team at Olkiluoto 3 EPR, where I spent 7 years working on the mechanical commissioning of auxiliary and waste systems, as well as chilled water production systems. I also managed complex regulatory topics as part of the Control Loop testing team and led overall commissioning tests, including Reactor Turbine trips and FOAK tests.Currently, I serve as Resident Engineer at the Olkiluoto 3 Power Plant, acting as the primary technical contact for all inquiries and warranty calls from the plant owner. I also take on project management responsibilities, collaborating with engineering, process, intervention, procurement, and legal teams.After nearly 9 years in Finland, I am now seeking the next challenge in my career.
