Ms. Silva offers over 25 years of experience in a variety of technical, managerial and business development roles. Currently, she is a Sr. Project Manager at Honeywell overseeing Top Risk (SIS) and DCS Processor improvement projects ranging from $2MM to $7MM. Ms. Silva also served as Vice President/Local Leader for Brown and Caldwell’s Baton Rouge office and oversaw water resources/environmental consulting operations in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama from 20••••13. As Program Management consultants for Louisiana’s Coastal Restoration and Protection Authority 2012 Coastal Master Plan, she was the Client Service Manager for this effort and Task Manager for the $50 Billion Funding Projections and Environmental Analysis Overview. In addition, she directed, collaborated and oversaw her team develop several key clients including EBR Parish DPW, NO S & WB, Mobil Bay NEP, MAWSS, and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)-Mobile. Ms. Silva has established solid practices with the USACE-NO, La. Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), BASF Corporate and DSM Copolymer Corporate. She has also served as Project Manager for over 15 major chemical manufacturing projects, including environmental and chemical engineering design, construction and operations management, and permitting projects. She has a proven track record in project engineering, industrial chemical (inorganic and fine organic) and incineration operations, financial management, and program management combined with strategic consulting, and developing innovative business solutions. She is well versed in interfacing with state and Federal agencies including, the CPRA; La. Department of Natural Resources; La. Department of Environmental Quality; Environmental Protection Agency; DOTD; Federal Highway Administration (FHWA); and USACE. Ms. Silva have a demonstrated ability for building long-term technical and business relationships that result in sustainable value for both the firm and its clients.
