Strategic and experienced litigator with a particular focus on the enforcement and defence of intellectual property rights and dispute resolution- I have a broad litigation experience, covering a multitude of creations, innovations and technologies, I regularly handle complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, advising UK and international clients pre-action, on proceedings before the Courts and Competition Appeal Tribunal and on the coordination of global litigation- I have extensive experience of domestic and international patent litigation, trade mark litigation and follow on damages competition law claims. I also provide advice to clients on how best to protect and enforce their IP- Qualified Solicitor Advocate- My work covers a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences, technology, media, luxury brands, fashion and consumer products- My IP practice covers the full spectrum of IP rights including patents, trade marks, designs and copyright- In-house experience, having spent six months on secondment to the litigation department of a major retailer- I was named a Rising Star in Managing Intellectual Property\'s IP Stars 2018 edition and a Notable Practitioner in Managing Intellectual Property\'s IP Stars 2020 edition- In 2021, I was awarded a prize for best contribution to a Study Question by AIPPI (The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) UK, for my work on the Patents Study Question on the inventiveness and sufficiency of disclosure in AI inventions.
