ABOUT LUCIE BODDAERT
Spending my childhood realizing creative leisure projects, I touched, transformed and played with a large variety of materials. I naturally turned myself towards product design to satisfy my desire of creativity and conception. Also, carried through a fashion culture and passionate by sewing, my design methodology is enhanced by a different sensibility and a complementary thinking approach. I aim to draw products that tell a story and convey an emotion, an attitude to the user. My experience at Christian Dior Couture allowed me to develop my sense of details and proportions, by being involved in the creation of various accessories. I also discovered the management and the constant creative renewal of a famous designer house. At Samsonite, my role was to develop new projects from a marketing brief to a final product, which enrich my technical, manufacturing and materials knowledge.
