ABOUT LUCIE ADAM ASSOC.

Global Program Manager within the L’Oréal University for Leadership & Culture, dedicated to Top Executives development. In this role, I manage leadership development & culture programs for L\'Oréal Top Executives and lead projects contributing to setting up L\'Oréal University as the key entry point for the employees of the Group to grow their skills and get ready for the future of work.Before taking on this position, I completed two Masters of Science degrees, a MSc in Management at emlyon business school, from which I graduated as Valedictorian, and a MSc in International Human Resources Management at the University of Strathclyde, from which I graduated with honours and received the Professor John Gennard First Prize Award for highest marked Dissertation. As part of these studies, I carried out two HR internships, as HRD assistant at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Benelux, and as Junior Project Manager at the L\'Oréal University for Leadership & Culture, as part of the Global Learning and People Development team. About me:I love to learn and get to the bottom of things; and I am driven by a need to understand people, their strengths and needs, and help them become the best version of themselves within their environment and as part of their ecosystem(s). I thrive in international and multicultural environments, and especially within the beauty sector, which attracts very diverse people drawn by a common passion for beauty and excellence, making for fascinating and impactful projects and perspectives in terms of HR and Learning. Most of all, I appreciate groups and companies which truly believe that HR and Learning have a strategic part to play in the organization and its future, and therefore invest in them.
