I’m Lucibeth, co-founder of ilumis, a tax-tech consulting group built to help in-house tax teams work faster, smarter, and with less noise.My role here:I lead delivery and direction at ilumis. That means I work directly with clients to design and implement solutions that actually work, from tax determination to compliance and e-invoicing. I’m hands-on, honest, and unafraid to give a point of view. I bring a practical lens to everything we do, shaped by my time transforming tax and finance functions in-house. As a leader, I keep things light, clear, and forward facing. I value autonomy, energy, and a sense of purpose, and I work hard to build that culture inside ilumis too.Why ilumis?I wanted more connection, more clarity, and more impact, not just for myself, but for the people I work with every day.
