During my time as a UX Designer at 345 Global, I was promoted to Head of UX, where I took on additional leadership responsibilities. In this role, I continued to drive user-centered design while also building the team and managing team success across multiple ongoing projects. My key responsibilities included:• Leading and mentoring other team members, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.• Providing constructive feedback on design work, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless user experiences across products.• Supporting team members by offering guidance, direction, and problem-solving as needed.• Overseeing the UX strategy, ensuring all designs align with the company’s vision and user needs.• Championing user advocacy throughout the product development lifecycle.This role allowed me to balance hands-on design work with strategic oversight, contributing to both the team’s growth and the success of our projects.
