Communications and Knowledge Management consultant for the South Asia Region\'s Gender Innovation Lab (SAR GIL), the Center for Research on Women and Jobs (CRWJ), and the Central America and Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Program.SAR GIL is committed to fostering women\'s economic empowerment and reducing gender disparities in South Asia through the generation and promotion of evidence-based solutions. The Lab conducts impact evaluations and inferential research to generate rigorous evidence on what works to close gender gaps and empower women. Additionally, it collaborates with the South Asia region\'s gender and social inclusion platforms in supporting the uptake of evidence-based solutions across the World Bank\'s operational portfolio.The Center for Research on Women and Jobs (CRWJ) is a new initiative led by the World Bank\'s Development Research Group in collaboration with the Bank\'s regional Gender Innovation Labs and other key partners to coordinate policy research efforts on women and jobs. The Central America and Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Program has made high-quality sovereign catastrophe risk transfers more affordable through support to the CCRIF SPC, and has provided technical assistance to vulnerable countries, increasing their resilience to the financial impact of climate-related disasters.
