Oversees the team of Program Managers launching international programs into new markets• Works closely with Program Managers to ensure smooth and on schedule delivery of each program, checking in regularly to make sure each program is on track to meet KPIs and removes any roadblocks encountered in implementation • Works cross-functionally and liaises with other teams and departments at 500 Global to streamline operations and unlock resources where needed for program implementation• Liaises with Market Strategy team to monitor program pipeline, ensure feasibility, and facilitate smooth handover for program implementation• Oversees budget management and reconciliation for multi-million dollar budgets • Manages bandwidth of the team, recruits and hires as needed, as the team expands beyond the current capacity across different regions• Coordinates with other Directors to ensure consistency and continuously improve the delivery of our programs• Oversees all aspects of program implementation, from marketing and recruitment, startup selection and interviewing, program delivery, Demo Day, to end-of-program reporting.
