I help accomplished leaders step back, get present, and intentionally design their future leadership and life with authenticity and purpose. My work is grounded in 25 years of experience across corporate leadership and private practice.Throughout my corporate career, I held twelve leadership roles at Apollo Global Management, Citigroup, and American Express, leading teams through periods of growth, restructuring, and transformation. My career centered on large-scale change in strategic planning, operations, finance, business development, and risk management.I was drawn to coaching to support transformation beyond performance alone. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the inner dimensions that shape how leaders think, make decisions, and relate to themselves and others.Today, I combine executive experience with a deep focus on human development to help leaders remember who they truly are, live in alignment with what matters most, and build lives and careers that reflect their deeper purpose. Through FuturoVita (“future life” in Italian), a coaching and leadership development practice dedicated to whole-person growth, I am guided by the belief that transformation begins within. My approach integrates developmental coaching, humanized leadership, and mindfulness, connecting inner clarity (awareness, presence, and mindset) with outer action (values-driven behavior, strategy, and execution).I bring a strong lens of cultural intelligence to my work, shaped by my upbringing in Brazil, personal and professional experience across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Asia, and fluency in four languages. This perspective helps me support leaders working across cultures, identities, and organizational contexts.I am the founder and facilitator of Coaching Together, a global nonprofit developmental community for coaches.
