TB-Seq is located at the core of the biotech industry in South San Francisco CA. TB-Seq accelerates discovery offering translatome analyses based on ribosome profiling NGS (RIBO-seq) and other technologies. We provide information on real-time protein and peptide expression with proteome-wide coverage, high resolution and sensitivity, and at lower cost than MS-based proteomics. TB-Seq develops and applies methods for library preparation and computational analysis optimized for diverse biological systems and research needs, from cell cultures, animal and plant tissues, preserved clinical samples, and microbiome samples.
