Hi, I\'m Lucy!Growing, we\'re always asked \"What do you want to do when you grow up?\" and I never had an answer. All I knew is that it had to involve languages. Half the jobs I\'ve held in the past decade hadn\'t even been existed when I was asked that question.Along the years, I ran a restaurant, I worked in finance, I was a content writer, a consultant, a translator, an insights analyst, a global team lead, a growth lead, and a few other things I\'ll tell you about later. A lot of people told me I\'d jumped around too much because they couldn\'t see what all those \"jumps\" gave me: I\'ve lived multiple lives, worked with people from all over the world, across multiple cultures and generations, and sat in positions where I could connect people who would have otherwise never met.All of that taught me to see the world in systems. Everything is connected. Every decision ripples. Every person around you shapes who you become, whether you notice it or not.That\'s exactly how I think about AI. If you implement a solution in one department, what happens to the rest of the organization? Who is affected? What shifts? What breaks quietly in a place nobody was watching?Nobody is asking those questions enough. And the people who should be asking them first are the ones at the top.I\'ve been a leader myself, and I\'ve worked with, alongside, and for leaders my entire career. I know what happenswhen a leader sees clearly and what happens when they don\'t. It ripples through everything: their team, their organization, the direction of the whole company.That\'s why the architecture starts there.That\'s why I built KHAIO. We architect AI for organizations and leaders that want to get this right, not just getit fast. Systems of systems thinking, with humanity at the center. Because the technology works. It\'s the architecture around people that determines whether it actually means something.
