About Lucia Guillory
I’m a Chief People Officer focused on leading enterprise-wide transformation at the intersection of talent, technology, and strategy. These days, that means architecting Human-Centered AI systems that modernize people practices while strengthening governance, decision-making, and long-term value creation.Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with executive teams across public and high-growth companies to design operating models that enable distributed work, durable expansion, and organizational resilience. At Virta Health, I helped build and scale a fully remote organization recognized by Inc. as a Best Place to Work during a period of significant growth and structural evolution. Previously at Patreon, I supported rapid scaling, M&A integration, and cultural reinvention, and earlier in my career at Yahoo, I worked across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas within a global public-company environment.I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford GSB and translate research into practical systems that improve how organizations operate at scale. I’m especially interested in engaging with leaders navigating growth, complexity, and the real implications of AI on how work gets done.
