I\'m a dedicated, empathetic, and process-oriented leader with 12+ years of experience in customer success and operations. I’ve spent the last 8+ years driving results with customers and teams at high growth tech companies in adtech, edtech, and climate tech. I\'m accomplished in driving customer growth and lead with empathy when building relationships with customers and teammates alike. My background as a Latina, and first-gen college graduate and professional, shapes my approach to inclusive teamwork and drives me to use my voice for change. As a professional, I use my voice to advocate for customers and connect with colleagues. As a Latina in Tech, I use my voice to help advance underrepresented groups in tech and currently serve as Board Chair at Latinas in Tech - Chicago. I’m skilled in Building purpose-led teams and processes centered in empathy, teamwork, and communication. Launching internal programs and go-to-market initiatives in partnership with stakeholders at all levels, from the C-suite to department leads to individual contributors. Hiring, training, and managing direct reports and cross-functional team members through a lens of inclusivity. I’m proud of Building and leading Resonant Link’s first Operations team from Pre-seed through Series A, impacting 100% of hires while scaling staff by 3x. Serving top edtech customers representing 25%+ of Clever’s annual revenue and millions of US K-12 students during COVID-19 school closures. Empowering Latinas and underrepresented groups to grow and succeed in tech through ERG development and Board leadership at Latinas in Tech.    As Board Chair, I\'m leading the Chicago Chapter through a period of organizational transition and growth. I provide leadership and support to an incredible group of ten (10) leaders, impacting nearly 1,300 registered members. Day to day, I\'m responsible for ensuring our effectiveness, presiding at meetings, representing the Board in the community, and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. During my tenure, I\'ve led goal development, event planning, and Director recruitment, increasing our leadership capacity by 3x and contributing to a 40% increase in membership.About Latinas in Tech: Latinas in Tech is a non-profit organization with the mission to connect, support and empower Latina women working in technology.
