Ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction is obtained on all customer interactions driving the mission of the company. I work to meet the contractual obligations agreed to with each strategic partner and that each vendor partner remains efficient under our pricing model. Responsible for managing the overall relationship and results between the strategic partner vendors and ODP Business Solutions within Customer Care. Manage Partner headcount, including onboarding requests and the separation of each customer care professional, costs, quality and utilization to ensure all relevant key process indicators are met. As a Business Manager I am responsible for maintaining system accesses for contingent workers and safeguard all relevant security protocols such as PCI Compliance.Responsibilities include vendor/consultant identification, Requests for Information (RFI)/Request for Pricing (RFPs), service provider selection, contract negotiations, budget management and service provider performance metrics.
