As consulting engineer, the job is mainly executed for client companies. My goal is to gain new skills and challenge myself in a new experience. My precepts has always been that the key for a successful work is not only the own commitment and dedication but the teamwork. The organization, intermediation and trustful and respectful relationships within a group are the base to plan and develop work projects. The teamwork came out to be essential: it is a continuous challenge to motivate myself in doing better and better, taking initiatives and leadership when it is necessary but encouraging the colleagues in doing better.
