In my role, I am responsible for Office Management, Personnel, Administration, Marketing, Privacy and Security, Quality and Management of Company Marketing Events My main activities are:• Responsible for office furnitures and equipments• Relations with suppliers• Guarantee the respect of job security and Privacy (according to the Italian Law)• Responsible for Personnel: I have relationships with lawyer and labor consultant to elaborate contracts and monthly payroll on the basis of monthly presence at work• Administration: check of monthly expenses sheets, prepare sales invoices, receive and input in Finance CRM all the sell/purchase invoices and insert the payment in Home Banking. • Marketing: keep update the company DB marketing, review and send Company Newsletters and Press Releases, check the results and propose solutions to improve success; • Marketing Events: events organization (event location and buffet, all logistics aspects, prepare and send invite, relations with the Media, prepare the material for Press, relationship with clients and potential participants).
