ABOUT LUCIA FORMIS
I am passionate about counselling and mental health, having lived with it since a young age. I believe that effective listening and providing a safe space are crucial for building trust and enabling clients to open up. I am currently on a clinical counselling placement as part of my training as a psychotherapist and learn about psychotherapy and counselling. I am currently studying undergraduate degree in Psychology and Counselling, recognised by the BPS. Alongside that, I am training as a psychotherapist at the City and Islington College, recognised by the BACP and CPCAB. My vision is to start my own practice incorporating counselling, psychotherapy, and other healing modalities.
