ABOUT LUCIA CARAVELLA
I am a senior at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and passionate about building constructive, respectful partnerships between employees and employers. My goal is to foster workplaces where both organizational success and worker well-being mutually sustain each other. My previous work experience includes an internship with the Labor Relations Department at Disneyland Resort, where I actively supported facilitating its constructive relationship between the company, employees, and unions.I am currently completing my degree and actively pursuing full-time opportunities following graduation in May 2026, with a strong interest in Human Resources and Labor Relations roles.
