As a Digital Transformation and AI Consultant at FE Tech, I work with further education colleges to explore how artificial intelligence can genuinely improve teaching, learning and day-to-day operations.Coming from a technology background, I’ve always been interested in how digital tools can make a real difference. Over the years, that interest has grown into a focus on practical AI - helping educators use it in ways that reduce workload, support students and make everyday tasks easier.Whether it’s automating lesson planning, using immersive technology to bring lessons to life, or supporting leaders to make data-driven decisions, I bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on support.I work side by side with staff to ensure AI is used in a way that’s ethical, accessible and sustainable. I also help institutions tap into the funding and resources needed to turn digital goals into reality.At the heart of what I do is a simple aim: making AI and digital innovation useful, manageable and meaningful for the people who teach and learn every day.
