Managed 6 services within Corporate Functions – Company Secretary, Group Economics, Group Risk, Insurance, Internal Audit & Strategy. These were new partners with digital and involved engaging with senior leadership to determine their current pain points and digital opportunities whilst also looking to build out each digital roadmap covering the next 5 years. Built out a brand new 40+ squad, on and off shore, that included BA, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, Tech Lead and Developer roles. Implemented a DevOps framework within an agile methodology which enabled us to build out and continuously improve a growing solutions library against the newly developed strategic roadmaps. Managed an annual budget of US$5M to deliver in line with the wider corporate strategic goals. Liaised with 3rd party vendors on new opportunities and existing contract negotiations where external solution flexibility was more preferred.
