Building the Critical Accounts organisation on top of the very strong foundation of our Escalation Management Team. Our aim is to improve the experience for customers and partners, by making it as seamless as possible for them to navigate through difficult or even critical situations. Even more important is how we learn from those situations and implement mitigations and corrections through a real Closed Loop process that is able to impact any department and function within the company.
