ABOUT LUCA TURCONI
I began my career as a consultant in the Executive Education sector, prior to starting and leading a practitioner led leadership development consultancy. Following an advanced level diploma in executive coaching, I became increasingly curious and motivated to support leaders and teams in developing higher levels of awareness, relationships and effectiveness. This led me to transitioning away from a predominantly commercial position into a practitioner role.Between 20••••22 I have been working independently and as an associate, coaching entrepreneurs and senior leaders (both 1:1 and in group format) from a range of different cultures and countries, within large and small, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. In 2022 I joined the British Red Cross as an inhouse L & OD advisor and in 2024 I joined Oracle as an Org. Development Consultant for the EMEA Region.My areas of particular interest are team effectiveness, 1:1 and group coaching, leadership development and supporting executives in transition.
