With over 10 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, and training, I am a passionate and skilled professional who strives to deliver exceptional service and value to my clients. I have a strong background in IT service management, process improvement, and project management, and I am certified in ITIL. In addition, have completed my PMP Certification Training and Exam application, and am on track towards my goal of lifelong ongoing learning education. As a Senior Implementation Consultant and Technical Trainer over the last 10+ years, I was responsible for all aspects of post-sale software installation, configuration, and client training, including custom integrations, system design, business rules, automations, and reporting. In all of my roles, I become a subject matter expert in my employer\'s entire suite of products, and I provided technical support and guidance to existing clients on the latest strategies and initiatives. I can also build and design customized client end user Self Service Portals, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I leverage my skills in process improvement, technical support, and client relationship management to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of my employer\'s solutions. I enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
