Every Day is a Good Day. I love the unique challenge of bringing someone’s vision for their brand, product, or service to life. Over the past two decades, I have witnessed the evolution of the creative industry and I’ve jumped at every opportunity to learn and adapt with it.(I’m looking at you Macromedia Flash – RIP) Through that time, I transitioned from Graphic Designer, Flash Developer, Art Director, and other roles through to Creative Director; winning multiple Silver, Gold, and Best in Show Addy’s along the way, but it has never been about the accolades. As my career developed, my love for the work transformed into a passion for leading creative teams. Yes, I still enjoy brainstorming solutions, designing, and collaborating on projects, but my true fulfillment comes from coaching and empowering team members to realize their full potential and celebrating their success.
