At Chaberton, my mission is to advance the deployment of Community Solar by originating high-quality projects, shepherding them through the development process and ultimately bringing bankable, shovel-ready assets to market. Major areas of responsibility include: 1 Cultivating deep, current knowledge of policy and regulatory landscapes 2 Forming cohesive strategies for entry into new markets and growth within core markets 3 Identifying tactically sound site selection criteria 4 Landowner outreach 5 Site control contract negotiation 6 Critical flaw analysis (e.g. interconnection, permitting) 7 Building relationships with strategic partners and local stakeholders 8 Maintaining effective coordination with development and community engagement teams through project maturation 9 Leading and mentoring a team of associate-level originators 10 Manifesting Chaberton’s core values of Creativity, Excellence and Humanity in all of the above activities and beyond
