Passionate about data and technology, I always find time to satisfy my insatiable curiosity for new inventions and technologies. I do believe that data can bring concrete value to companies if taken into due consideration and managed by knowledgeable professionals like myself, who in addition to people and processes, are architects and engines of a true cultural change. Thanks to this mix of attitudes I was able, for example, to reorganize the way of doing Business Intelligence in a centenary bank in record time, completely reinventing the team and the way of working. This reduced time to market by 40% without using additional resources but reorganizing and enhancing the existing team. I don\'t believe in hierarchies but in continuous leadership and contamination.
