Throughout my career in hospitality management, I have built a robust background in successfully executing the oversight of hotel, restaurant, and golf course properties in alignment with company goals and objectives. My roles include serving as a General Manager, Opening General Manager, and Interim General Manager, leading high-performing teams in hotel day-to-day operations, as well as grand openings, re-branding, and remodels.    Utilizing my leadership skills and knowledge of hospitality I oversee the day-to-day operations of an 18 hole golf course, pro-shop, and restaurant. The major focus of this role is to deliver high-quality service across all departments to ensure guest satisfaction. I mentor team members along side the management team and HR to create a fun work environment while providing the tools for the team members to succeed. As a leadership team I work closely with the Managers to ensure all issues and concerns are met with solutions in a timely manner. In addition to the daily operations I work closely with the home office to ensure the implementation of new procedures and promotions are communicated and put to practice at the property with the focus on increasing revenue and visibility. Other duties within this role include oversight and administrations of budgets and monthly profit and loss statements, ensuring all expenses are in alignment with projections. We work hard to promote a fun work environment as well as a unique golfing experience for our guests.
