Since joining Oliver Wyman I have been working with transforming operations across different industries. My experience ranges from setting up and running large-scale operational transformations (e.g, restructuring, cost take out, operational risk) to developing maintenance strategies and driving their implementation. Relevant Experience- Multiple operational transformations, including design and delivery of value creation initiatives, as well as leading the Transformation Office and ensuing benefit realization and timeliness of initiatives- Extensive experience with operational risk management and risk culture diagnostic, from risk management model and standards, to elaborating transformation plans to drive better, safer organizations - Component sourcing strategy and implementation, including baseline cost modeling, RFP development and supplier analysis for bid evaluation and negotiation- Line maintenance strategy definition and implementation, including redesign of maintenance strategy, capacity & demand analysis and implementation requirements- Airline business plan definition/roadmap development; Airline ancillary product strategy definition and implementation - Analytical assessment of heavy MX including variation in headcount and workload, and scan accuracy review- Full airline restructuring during bankruptcy, with heavy analytical review of contracts and design of alternatives- Investment assets market sizing and forecast; Strategy definition and roadmap for payment system providers- Cost and CapEx allocation strategies at different industries/organization Before starting my career, I have spent 6 amazing years studying Aeronautical Engineering at the University of São Paulo (USP) and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Liverpool. I have also had the chance to conclude studies as an airplane pilot in Brazil. I am a native Portuguese speaker, fluent English speaker (having lived around 4 years abroad in total) and have an advanced knowledge of Spanish.
