ABOUT LUCAS HARGREAVES

Day to day, I focus on turning strategy into delivery. That means aligning sales, marketing, operations and sustainability around clear priorities, improving systems and reporting, strengthening supplier and customer relationships, and making sure performance is measured properly. I’ve led acquisitions and integrations, delivered operational cost improvements, implemented new systems and digital processes, supported pricing and commercial strategy, and helped secure and retain major customer contracts. I’ve also secured two B Corp accreditations with 100+ scores, embedding sustainability into the core of the business rather than treating it as a bolt-on. I work closely with senior leadership, preparing performance updates and investment cases where required, and regularly present industry insight on sustainability and circular economy topics. My Master’s in Programme and Project Management underpins a structured, delivery-focused approach, but at heart, I’m driven by building practical, well-run businesses that create long-term commercial and environmental value.
