About Lucas Araujo

I am a highly dedicated IT professional with a deep passion for networking engineering, and cyber security. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the field, I have honed my skills to become a trusted expert with all things NetScaler. My journey in the world of IT began early with the building (and breaking!) of PCs as a hobby and then taking the Cisco Networking Academy later in high school. I pursued an education in information technology, focusing on network and server administration, obtaining industry certifications along the way such as the CCNA and MCSE. Since joining Citrix (presently Cloud Software Group), I have troubleshoot NetScaler issues with Technical Support, upskilled and trained over employees, presented at multiple Citrix events, as well as developed eLearning content creation for NetScaler, Gateway, SD-WAN, and Web Application Firewall products. Currently, I have taken on the challenge to further develop with consulting and architecture engagements as a Senior Networking Consultant for Cloud Software Group.
