Award recipient Innovation and Professionnal Developpement Price, Journée de l\'Innovation, by Ministère de l\'Education Nationale, april 2015.In K12 education since a fortnight of years, I started to develop, in 2010, the practice of mind mapping and concept mapping in my classes, to expand quickly to the theory of multiple intelligences and the use of digital technologies in different ways.After noting the difficulty of my students to acquainted, to fix and to reinvest their knowledge I used mind mapping and concept mapping mixed with different learning approaches (Theory of multiple intelligences) as an educational tool, with adolescents and adults.My teaching practice, my passion for photography and visual tools and my training in innovation has led a creative synthesis mixing learning and organization process, innovation and knowledge management and Visual Thinking.Became Pedagogical Director, in 2011, trainer and consultant in France and abroad, I am dedicated to innovation serving students\' success, helping teachers, training staff directions by applying a new way to transform information into knowledge and gain in efficiency.I am part of several national and regional committees around the digital learning and innovation in education.I am also requested by companies and consultants for my expertise in EdTech.My expertise is now focalized on innovation in all contexts of learning, professional development and organizational efficiency.Enseignant au collège A.
