Reg. 213/91, CSA standards, and client-specific safety requirements- Monitoring high-risk activities such as energized work, hoisting and rigging, confined space entry, and working at heights- Promoting psychological safety, continuous improvement, and engagement through open communication and field-level support.My approach balances regulatory compliance with practical, field-ready solutions to ensure safety is not just a policy — it’s part of how we work every day.
