Professional Rugby Coach | Strategic Leader | Talent Developer With over a decade of experience as a Head Coach and 15 years as a professional player in various Italian clubs, I have dedicated my career to improving the level of rugby. My greatest achievement has been leading CUS Torino from Serie B to the Top10, demonstrating that with limited and well-managed resources, great results can be achieved. During my time at CUS Torino, I implemented a distinctive playing philosophy supported by a training system that enhances its features. This approach not only transformed the way the Club plays but also ensured that each match reflected our strategic vision. Additionally, I have had the privilege of training a new generation of coaches, capable of working in perfect sync and unity. This collaborative approach has been fundamental to our sustained success over time. Key Achievements: Over 11 years as Head Coach: Leading teams with vision and strategy. 15 years of Experience as a Professional Player: On-field career that enriches my role as a coach. Transformation of CUS Torino: Promotion of the team from Serie B to the Top10, optimizing available technical, human, logistical, and economic resources. Development of a Playing Philosophy and Training System: Creation of an innovative training method that ensures consistency with our playing philosophy. Coach Training: Development of a team of coaches to work cohesively and effectively. Today, all coaches are part of the same system and train the youth for the future of the Club. Passion for Rugby/Sports: With a profound love for rugby and sports, I am actively seeking roles where I can apply my extensive coaching experience to help teams and colleagues reach their full potential. Goals as a Strategic Leader: In the business sector, I aspire to collaborate with organizations as a strategic consultant. My objective is to significantly enhance teamwork and collaboration, driving the organization towards realizing its vision.
