I seek challenging opportunities to learn, grow, and help the organization reach ridiculous goals. As a leader, my aim is to leverage the interests and strengths of my team to achieve business objectives in a manner that keeps them engaged and motivated. I have global operations experience, as an expat in China, acting as the primary conduit of communication with North America\'s team during the challenging COVID years. Now, I work with internal and external customers overseeing current production. My work with colleagues and suppliers has provided travel experiences all over the world (Mexico, Brazil, China, Poland, and Germany). I have found that working in a global environment requires clear, and concise communication. I pride myself on being able to clearly articulate the message to people all over the world and more importantly ensure their voices are heard and understood through active listening. I take accountability for my work and my team, and praise my team for their achievements while shielding them when opportunities for learning in failure arise. I engage with people first relationally and seek to understand while pursuing the best outcome for my organization. I communicate expectations clearly, and I willingly to take the lead to complete a challenging tasks. My experience includes operations management (production management and total productive management - TPM), supply chain engagement/management, materials and logistics, manufacturing (process/CI), and design and testing. I have worked closely with OEM account managers to aid in sales and marketing negotiations. All of which helps me bring fresh eyes and a willingness and proven ability to solve problems in a part of the business.
