About Lucas Coleman
As a Land Services Team Lead, I lead a group of employees enthusiastic about helping clients find and negotiate land control for renewable energy projects across the country. My career started in the Southeast as a Development Associate straight out of college in 2016 at REAP NC, LLC. As our small team grew and our name gained recognition in the industry, we were acquired by SWCA in 2019 to establish a Raleigh office and add land services to SWCA\'s available services. Since then, I have been promoted 3 times and now lead a team of 8 incredible individuals who offer our services to clients (nearly) nationwide. We\'re aggressively expanding the team and our client base, aiming to be the number one choice for existing and future clients.
