Lucas is a Manager in the Corporate Strategy group at TJX where his team works cross functionally across all global divisions on corporate growth strategy, M&A, and business development initiatives. The group\'s primary responsibilities are focused around M&A opportunity sourcing, diligence, and valuation, venture accelerator/fund partnerships, competitor/market analysis, and internal strategic initiatives.Prior to TJX, Lucas worked in the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) Practice at FTI Consulting where he specialized in advising clients on revenue and cost transformation initiatives. Working across the technology, telecom, media, manufacturing, and automotive sectors, his consulting project experience includes profitability assessments, strategic pricing, upsell/cross sell opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, valuation, merger integration, and commercial due diligence. Lucas graduated Summa Cum Laude from the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University where he earned his BSBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
