Participation in the deployment of the General Services Purchasing policy for the entire Hermès Group in France. Participation in supplier consultations and listings- Help with supplier sourcing (financial information, evaluation questionnaire, etc.)- Assists in drafting tender documents - Assists in analysing tenders (drawing up grids, data entry and qualitative and financial analyses)- Participates in supplier presentations and negotiations - Helping to consolidate the selection file and participating in the drafting of contracts - Takes part in the deployment of contracts (monitoring implementation and communication). Helping to manage the Purchasing department and suppliers- Monitoring indicators (updating indicators and retrieving data)- Participating in the improvement of the Purchasing division\'s management tools - Participation in monitoring the collection of legal documents (Sapin 2 law)- Participating in the archiving and sharing of information between departments.
