Resident Counselor: Responsibilities are to work with other resident counselor and facility director assist adult and youth clients in an addiction recovery and assistant resident setting implementing treatment plan in day to day routine. Other responsibilities are to observe clients with behavioral disorders and assist them with de-escalating their emotional and /or behavioral reaction. Listen and console if they needed a confidant.
