As the inaugural Oppenheimer Fellow with the Oppenheimer Project, I develop strategies for trilateral engagement on nuclear and other strategic issues between the United States, Russia and China. Channeling the spirit of JRO, the Oppenheimer Project facilitates cross cultural engagement between policy experts, industry leaders, intellectuals, artists and influencers from each of these three countries to build relationships of mutual respect. Our goal is to use these relationships as a basis for lowering trilateral tensions and eliminating the salience of nuclear weapons in international politics.
