I currently work in the Syndications department within Key Equipment Finance, Inc. Supporting both the Buy and Sell side of transactions. Previously I was supporting multiple vendor relationships as well as direct originations in the Midwest while in originations for Key Government Finance. My portfolio consisted of IT equipment as well as municipal vehicles. I also supported our Commercial Vehicle sales group originating motorcoaches, school buses, and utility vehicles. In 2020 I was awarded the Golden Key recognizing my accomplishments within the company in 20••••20 was also the year I was able to obtain my CLFP certification which I am extremely proud of.

Currently working with our sales staff to generate contracts to be sent to the client, conduct follow-up phone calls to ensure proper documentation is received back in a timely manner. I also work to book the transaction on our side and have funding sent out to the vendor. I am also in charge of managing our current escrow process with open leases. I work with the individual municipalities to ensure proper escrow draw paperwork is received and then send the funds out for those escrow draws. While doing this, I track the funds individually for the municipalities as well as the overall program.
